RichmondRentalConnect2Building Successful Tenant-Landlord Relations – Free Workshop

Food security can be directly impacted by the state of one’s housing. Paying too much rent? No grocery stores nearby? No room for a personal garden or other ways to supplement a diet? All these things and more can create food insecurity for residents of Richmond.

It’s for this reason that RFSS recommends this workshop, to help residents understand and access Richmond Rental Connect, an “innovative project that is building a “made in Richmond” solution to our housing crunch by providing resources, and by connecting rental units and suitable tenants.”

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • rental agreements
  • rights and responsibilities for both tenants and landlords
  • practical advice from professionals
