In partnership with the Gulf of Georgia Cannery Farmer’s Market, we will be offering a series of free Food Skills workshops of select Sundays in 2019 and 2020.
Each workshop will run approximately 45 minutes each in the Boiler House Theatre, accessible through the main market area. Recipes will be provided after the workshop, please check back regularly for links to recipes.
This year’s workshops include:
October 6th – 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Fermentation
December 8th – 1 pm to 3 pm – Plant-Based Holiday Dishes
February 23rd – 1 pm to 3 pm – Easy Healthy Lunches and Snacks
April 5th – 1 pm to 3 pm – Stocking the Pantry
